Dear Riah
As we begin 2012 and have now been in our home on Battey Trail over two years now, we are so thankful for the experience and opportunity we had in building our new home with you! Since initially meeting with you we have been impressed with your communication and follow-ups. You actively listened to us through the entire process starting with our design ideas and continuing to the present. Our home reflects our vision because you worked creatively and diligently with us until we were satisfied.
Jennifer and I were not sure anyone could understand what our vision was because in the beginning we didnt exactly know either, we just knew what we didnt want. Your ability to clearly communicate with us as your client is a great asset to have; one that I know other builders and developers do not possess. I was so thankful that you kept us updated and that if we had questions, and there were many, you were prompt in finding the answers and getting back to us quickly. Your honesty and clarity made for a smooth progression of events in constructing our house. Your understanding, your planning and anticipatory guidance were essential throughout the construction process. Your e-mails and construction timeframe guidelines kept us on target and allowed us to make timely decisions on all the specifications that made our home unique to us. We were impressed too with your organization and enjoyed your attitude and “can do” spirit. We always knew the expected timelines and the financial considerations of our choices and we found you very fair about the cost of our change orders. The quality of the craftsmanship continues to impress us especially when looking at other new homes our friends have built! We truly feel that our home was custom designed for us; it is our distinctive home!!
We want to thank you again for building our dream home. It was a joy to work with you and your team and we look forward to spending many happy years in this wonderful place. Best wishes to you, your family and your team at Collier Construction.

Dear Future Homebuilders,
Our present generation of consumers rarely recognizes or commends a Business which excels in providing excellent service together with a post sale program focusing on satisfying their clients. My wife and I have experienced this “phenomenon” by recently contracting with Collier Construction to build a home in Evans, Georgia.
Riah Collier with assistance of his professional staff provided this opportunity to experience astonishing Customer Service from our first contact with Mr. Collier and this relationship has not wavered after closing on our home in September, 2009.
In my career, I have relocated many times and witnessed the construction of several of my family’s homes. In my opinion, Riah Collier is a man of integrity, honesty and primarily is an advocate for his client. “A very special man that practices what he preaches”.
Riah Collier walked my wife and I through every stage of construction from the design of the floor plans, site preparation to the final inspection of our home. Riah worked diligently to incorporate our suggestions into the final footprint for our home. Mr. Collier promptly responded to our inquiries during the construction phase, coordinated scheduled joint site visits with his superintendent as well as including our participation and input with his contractors.
Since our closing, any post construction problems are quickly repaired with a prompt follow up by Collier Construction’s staff coordinator. Contractors are courteous and always have this departing comment “please contact us, if you have additional problems or questions”.
Collier Construction is a company whose primary focus is to build your “dream home” with quality materials and workmanship.
